4 Family Friendly Christmas Breakfast Ideas

I’m excited to share some family friendly Christmas breakfast ideas today. As you all know, making and enjoying breakfast is one of me and the kids favorite things to do together, so I hope you and yours can enjoy some fun in the kitchen together this holiday, too. The best part is everything I’m sharing is super easy to make.

Gingerbread + Christmas Tree Waffles

Ingredients: Dash Waffle Makers (gingerbread man and Christmas Tree), Nonstick Spray, Waffle Mix, Butter and Syrup, for serving

Directions:

1) Make waffle mix (we used Pearl Milling Company)

2) Turn on waffle makers

3) Spray waffle makers with Pam and pour in batter

4) Let waffles cook about 3 - 4 minutes (or until done or until steam from the top of the maker slows down)

5) Enjoy

Reindeer Pancakes

Ingredients: Pancake Mix, Bacon, Edible Eyes, Whipped Cream, Strawberries, Butter, Syrup, Griddle or Pan

Directions:

1) Make pancake mix (we used Pearl Milling Company)

2) Heat your griddle or pan and add butter (and a little olive oil)

3) Cook pancakes (a mix of small pancakes and medium sized)

4) While pancakes are cooking, also cook bacon and wash strawberries and cut off stems

5) Once pancakes and bacon are done, assemble reindeer by placing a medium sized pancake on plate first to make the head, then a small size pancake on top for the nose area. Add edible eyes, and then whipped cream and 1 strawberry for the nose. Add bacon on top for the ears

6) Enjoy

Grinch Kabobs

Ingredients: Kabob Sticks, Grapes, 1 banana, Strawberries, Marshmallows

Directions:

1) Wash all fruit and cut strawberry stems

2) Assemble kabobs by first pacing 1 grape, followed by 1 banana slice, then 1 strawberry and top with a marshmallow

3) Enjoy

GINGERBREAD PANCAKES + SNOWMAN DONUT STICKS

My junior chefs and I co-hosted a kids holiday cooking class this week with Chef Leen, where we learned how to make these 2 yummy breakfast treats.

The gingerbread pancakes were so delicious. The flavor was everything! Then the snowman donut sticks is where we got crafty and the kids were able to decorate and have fun with various sweet toppings.

Grab the ingredients and watch the replay to learn how to make this delicious breakfast

I hope you and yours have a wonderful and Merry Christmas, and that you enjoy one of more of these tasty breakfast creations.

Have a glowing day!

Xo,
